Elena Ricardo - Masterclass Instructor

Elena Ricardo is an Actor, Singer, Dancer, currently working out of New York City. Being born to Broadway veterans, Elena resisted the business as she pursued her Olympic gold dreams as a competitive gymnast.

Retiring from the sport at the ripe old age of 15, Elena traded in her leotards and chalk for costumes and makeup. She left college to start her professional acting career in the world premiere of Bring it On: the Musical! and jumped from the Mamma Mia tour to Broadway.

After making her debut in the ensemble, Elena moved on to the role of Sophie Sheridan and had the honor of closing out the hit show’s 14 years on Broadway in 2015.
